🛏️ Housing Details — Summer 2026

On-site ticket holders stay in modern, suite-style housing at Bryn Athyn College, located directly across from Glencairn Museum in the Bryn Athyn Historic District.

Note: Tickets are priced per bed, not per room. Couples or friends sharing a double-occupancy room will each purchase their own ticket.

Where will I be staying? Bryn Athyn College offers suite-style long-term residences — comfortable, modern, and nothing like a traditional dorm. Each suite section includes private locking bedrooms, a spacious shared living area, and a shared kitchen. Approximately five guests share each suite section. Multiple modern bathrooms are located on each floor, with locking doors for privacy.

How close is the housing to the castle? Housing is a 2-minute drive or 12-minute walk from Glencairn Museum. View this map for a view of the historic district. The housing is light green on the upper right, and the castle (Glencairn) is orange in the upper left.

What room options are available? Single-occupancy (private) and double-occupancy (shared) rooms are both available. Select your preference at checkout and confirm details in your Booking Form.

Can I room with friends or my RPG party? Yes. Roommate requests are collected in your Booking Form after checkout. Groups of 4–6 players are typically placed on the same floor whenever possible.

What nights are included? The 3-night option covers Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The 2-night option covers Friday and Saturday and is ideal for guests arriving Friday morning. Thursday dinner is not provided — there are several dining options nearby for 3-night guests settling in that evening.

What if I have concerns about sleeping on a twin bed? All beds are single-sleeper twins. If you need more space, we recommend booking a single-occupancy room so two beds can be pushed together — bring extra linens for the second bed. Alternatively, a Commuter ticket with your own off-site hotel booking gives you full control over your sleeping arrangements.

Is bedding provided? Yes. Bedding and linens are provided. Bring an extra pillow if you prefer.

Is there air conditioning? Yes. All housing has central air conditioning — important for our summer events.

Are the kitchens stocked? Kitchens are available for use but are not stocked. If you're arriving Thursday evening, we recommend picking up breakfast items nearby or exploring the local dining options before the event begins Friday morning.

What about accessibility needs? Note any accessibility requirements in your Booking Form after purchase, or contact us at sales@thegametheatre.com before purchasing if you'd like to discuss accommodations in advance.
