After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email (please check spam or promotions folders) with a link to your Booking Form. Complete it promptly to select your campaign and be grouped with friends or family.

Common Questions — Summer 2026

What’s the difference between On-Site and Commuter tickets?

On-Site tickets include 2 or 3 nights of on-location housing at Bryn Athyn College, plus all meals and event access. Commuter tickets are for local guests or those staying off-site and do not include housing, but still include gameplay, meals during event hours, and full access to the event. Visit our Housing Details page for more information about on-site stays.

When do I choose my campaign and character?

After checkout, you’ll receive a Booking Form by email. This is where you’ll select your preferred campaign, request roommates, and share accessibility needs. Character and party creation begins in our event Discord approximately two weeks before the event.

Is my seat guaranteed after I purchase a ticket?

Your ticket purchase begins the process, but your seat is not fully reserved until you complete the Booking Form emailed to you after checkout. This helps us finalize tables and housing assignments accurately.

Can I room with friends or party members?

Yes. You’ll be able to request roommates and coordinate party-based housing in the Booking Form. Groups of 4–6 players are typically accommodated on the same floor whenever possible.

Are single rooms available?

Yes. You may request a private (single-occupancy) room or a shared (double-occupancy) room during checkout and finalize details in the Booking Form.

What if I’m traveling from far away?

The 3-night on-site stay option (Thursday–Saturday) is ideal for travelers arriving from outside the region and allows you to settle in before the event begins. Thursday dinner is not included, but there are many nearby dining options.

How does the payment plan work?

Payment plan tickets are split into equal monthly payments, automatically billed to your card. You can review or manage payments through your online store account. There are no interest or hidden fees.

What meals are included?

On-Site tickets include all meals from Friday breakfast through Sunday lunch, plus unlimited snacks and beverages. Commuter tickets include lunch and dinner Friday & Saturday, and lunch on Sunday, plus snacks and beverages during gameplay hours.

What is your cancellation policy?
