Play through a thrilling, story-driven campaign inside a real medieval castle. Designed for immersion, momentum, and unforgettable moments. Most tables are set within the historic halls of Glencairn — close to the meal area, snacks, refreshments, and restrooms.

🎭 Professional Game Masters & On-Site Staff

Your GM brings the story to life. Our experienced on-site staff handles all logistics, meals, and scheduling — so you can focus entirely on play.

📝 Character & Party Creation via Discord

Your event Discord opens approximately 30 days before the event. Active character creation and party prep with your assigned GM begins two weeks out.

🍽️ Meals & Refreshments

• Friday & Saturday: Breakfast on campus, Lunch & Dinner at the castle

• Sunday: Breakfast on campus, Lunch at the castle

• Unlimited snacks & beverages throughout the entire weekend

 All meals accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and vegan/vegetarian diets. Common allergens including seafood, shellfish, and peanuts are avoided.

Minimal downtime. Maximum story. This event is structured for comfort, flow, and seamless immersion from start to finish.

🏡 HOUSING DETAILS

Suite-style residences at Bryn Athyn College — private locking bedrooms, shared living areas, full kitchens, and multiple bathrooms per floor. Central A/C included. Bedding and linens provided.

Choose your stay length at checkout:

2-Night Stay (Friday & Saturday): Best for guests arriving Friday morning. Pick up your room key from event staff at the castle on Day 1 — no separate check-in visit needed.

3-Night Stay (Thursday–Saturday) Ideal for travelers arriving from out of the area. Check in at Bryn Athyn College between 3:00–10:00 PM on Thursday and start your weekend relaxed. Thursday dinner is not included — plenty of great local dining options nearby.

Check-out is Sunday, 4:00–5:00 PM at Bryn Athyn College.
