🏡 On-Site Housing (Bryn Athyn College)
Includes your full RPG experience, catered meals, and on-site room & board in modern suite-style housing located minutes from Glencairn.
Choose your stay length at checkout:
2-Night Stay (Friday–Saturday) — 2 payments of $550
Best for guests arriving Friday morning.
Room keys are provided by event staff at the castle—no separate check-in required.
3-Night Stay (Thursday–Saturday) — 2 payments of $600
Ideal for travelers arriving from out of the area.
Check in Thursday evening (3:00–10:00 PM) and start your weekend relaxed.
Thursday dinner is not included.
🐎 Commuter Option (No Housing) — 2 payments of $450
Designed for players who prefer to arrange their own lodging. Includes all gameplay and meals during event hours. Housing and breakfast are not included.

Play through a fully immersive, story-driven campaign set within a real castle.
Most tables take place inside the historic halls of Glencairn, just steps from meals, refreshments, and amenities.
🎭 Professional Game Masters & On-Site Support
Your GM brings the story to life while our on-site team manages logistics, meals, and scheduling—so you can stay fully immersed in the experience.
📝 Pre-Event Character & Party Creation
Your private Discord opens approximately 30 days before the event, with active character creation and party coordination beginning two weeks prior.
🍽️ Meals & Refreshments
On-Site Housing Guests:
Friday & Saturday: Breakfast on campus, lunch & dinner at the castle
Sunday: Breakfast on campus, lunch at the castle
Commuter Guests:
Unlimited snacks and beverages are available throughout the weekend
All meals accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and vegetarian/vegan diets. Common allergens (including seafood, shellfish, and peanuts) are avoided.
